Conditioned Serum Technology
CST is a kit that contains all the lab devices to produce conditioned serum of the horse’s own blood, harvested after incubation and centrifugation. The conditioned serum has a high concentration of the cytokine Interleukin-1 Receptor antagonist. IL-1 Ra is produced by the monocytes after binding to the glass beads in the CST container.
